These terms govern the paid subscription to ColoTracker, taken out on the site by a private individual. Free use of the site does not require any payment.
1. The seller

2. What the subscription includes
A free account lets you track up to 50 books and take part in challenges and the community. The subscription adds:
- an unlimited number of books;
- color mode: the markers from your own sets, the reading of a color chart sheet, the color code of each page and the “What am I missing?” advice;
- detailed statistics (last twelve months, time spent, monthly recap);
- the “Supporter” badge on your profile.
The content of the subscription may change in order to be enriched. Should a change remove an essential element from it, the subscriber would be notified and could cancel free of charge.
3. Price
€4.99 per month or €34.99 per year, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription. In the event of a price change, the subscriber is notified at least 30 days before their next renewal and may cancel before it applies.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank card on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe. ColoTracker neither sees nor stores the card number. The amount is charged upon subscription, then at the start of each new period (month or year). An invoice is available for each payment, from “Manage my subscription”.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is entered into for one month or one year, depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically for the same term. For the annual plan, the subscriber receives a reminder by email before each renewal.
The subscriber may cancel at any time, online, from the Subscription page of the site: “Manage or cancel my subscription” button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access remains open until that date, no further payment is taken, and the current period is not refunded (except under the right of withdrawal below).
When the subscription ends, nothing is deleted: books, pages and photos remain accessible. Beyond 50 books, it is simply no longer possible to add new ones.
6. Right of withdrawal
The subscriber has 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw, without having to give any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). As the subscription starts upon payment, at the subscriber’s request, they are refunded the amount paid minus the share corresponding to the period already elapsed (article L221-25). The refund is made within 14 days of the request, to the card used for payment.
To withdraw, simply write to bonjour@colotracker.fr , for example using the following template:
“To Yohan Boix : I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the ColoTracker subscription taken out on [date], with the account [account email address]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].”
7. Availability of the service
ColoTracker does its best to keep the site accessible at all times, without being able to guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of a failure.
8. Personal data
The processing of the subscriber’s data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint: bonjour@colotracker.fr . A response is provided within 15 days.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
