ColoTracker is a logbook for mystery color-by-number pages, and a community where people share their pages. These terms set out what everyone can do here and what has no place here. You must accept them to create an account; they apply to everything you post.
1. The publisher

2. Your account
- An account is personal: a valid email address, your own, which you confirm when you sign up.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is deemed to have been done by you.
- Your username, profile picture and bio are visible to everyone: they follow the same rules as your posts.
3. What you can post
The feed, challenges, gallery, comments and profiles are made for coloring: photos of your own coloring pages, your supplies, your progress, and kind, friendly conversations about all of it. A photo that has nothing to do with coloring has no place here.
4. What is prohibited
You may not post, in any form whatsoever (photo, text, username, bio, comment):
- sexual or pornographic content, or nudity;
- violent or shocking content: scenes of murder, torture, beheading or mutilation, gore images;
- racist, antisemitic, homophobic or sexist content, or content inciting hatred of or discrimination against anyone;
- the glorification of terrorism, crime or violence;
- harassment, insults, threats or mockery targeting a member;
- personal information about someone else (address, phone number, photos) without their consent;
- content that does not belong to you: other people’s coloring pages passed off as your own, images taken from elsewhere;
- advertising, scam links, spam;
- and, more generally, any illegal content.
5. Moderation
The ColoTracker team may remove, without notice, any content that does not comply with these terms. Depending on how serious it is, the team may suspend or delete its author’s account. Clearly illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
If you see content that has no place here, report it to the team from “Contact us”, in the app, or at bonjour@colotracker.fr .
6. Your photos
Your photos remain yours. By posting them, you allow ColoTracker to display them on the site, free of charge, for as long as they are posted there: in the feed, the gallery, challenges and on your profile. You can remove them at any time. The drawings in coloring books belong to their publishers and illustrators: what you share here is your coloring of them, for the community, not to sell it.
7. The service
ColoTracker is provided as is, with the care of a small independent project. It may change, be interrupted for maintenance or experience outages. Remember to keep the photos that matter to you somewhere else too. The paid subscription is also governed by the terms and conditions of sale; your data, by the privacy policy.
8. Deleting your account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to the team from “Contact us”: your books, photos and posts are then erased within 30 days, as provided for in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change, for example to keep up with changes to the site. If a change is significant, you will be notified in the app and asked to accept them again.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution, by writing to the team.
